What if I don't love what I ordered?

We accept returns for any reason, and we pay for the return shipping. 

 

Is return shipping really FREE?

Yes! Return shipping is on us! We don't want you to feel obligated to keep an item just because the return shipping makes it "not worth returning". We've all been there, right!?! Just contact us to start the process.

Can I just exchange an item?

Exchanges are not available at this time, but that means you won't have to wait for your return to process before your new items get shipped. So just go ahead and order your replacement items! We will process your return and it'll all work out in the end.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

Don’t fret! A replacement will be shipped out right away. Just click here to contact us and start the process. Take pics of any damage. Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Oh no! We are so sorry. We try to get things right 100% of the time, but once in a while, mistakes happen. If your item is not what you ordered, the correct item will be promptly sent out. Incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
