Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95, and free when you spend over $75. Orders are shipping USPS. If you need an expedited shipping method, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

If you are issued a store credit, please allow 3-4 days for processing. Store credit may be used on the entire site and is valid for a period of 1 year from the issuing date.

Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged unless defective in some way.

Custom orders are made special, just for you, so they are not returnable. We ask that you carefully proofread your messages to us when sending information about a custom or personalized order. 

Though they are not returnable, we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out to us. We will do our best to come to a satisfactory conclusion for the both of us. 

We keep it simple! We accept returns for any reason and we cover the return shipping. All we ask is that the items are in the same condition you received them and you include all original packaging.

For returns requested within 14 days, the purchase price, minus s&h (if applicable) will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 14 days the return will be processed as store credit. To request a return click here.

If a package arrives defective or damaged, we will replace the item if possible (at no cost, of course). If a replacement is not available, you may choose a store credit or a refund.
